INFRASTRUCTURE

Our robust infrastructural base is well equipped with cutting edge technology that assist us in manufacturing superior quality chemicals. In addition, our advanced technology equipment’s assures maximum production in stipulated time.

Our Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified. It is built in about 5000 sq. meter area. The plant has designated storage areas for raw materials and finished products. The production unit has a quality control laboratory. Utilities such as “acid storage tanks”, thermic fluid boilers, dryers, filter presses, carbonators and stand by generators are available for smooth and efficient production.

The company has an ultra-modern manufacturing facility at Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. It is about 180 km from Ahmedabad, the commercial hub of Gujarat. Equally it is 120 km from Pipavav port, about 650 km from Mumbai (Nhava Sheva) port, 400 km from Mundra port and 370 km from Kandla port. Our Manufacturing location also enjoys full connectivity by Rail, Road and Air.

JOURNEY

To further cater the needs of our clients, the company decided to enter into the Imports/Exports of Raw Magnesite & Himalayan Salt (Rock Salt). This resulted in our new venture, “SWISS CARBONATE”, established in 2017 as sister concern company of Swiss Formulations. Eventually, “Swiss Carbonate” has successfully grown and delivered its products to various industries like Ceramics, Refractories and Mineral-based Magnesium Oxide manufacturers. This resulted that, “Swiss Carbonate” achieved direct contracts from different Magnesite Mines in India and overseas.

The year of 2022 expansion plan includes opening branch offices in Canada and also investments in Food industry.
